All NemoIDE tests is OK on my ZXEVo.

No even running the tests supplied by budder at 3.5Mhz the RND test still fails.
Yet if i go back to the old firware it works ok.
Have you tried with a fat32 drive and created a directory called say JMS then try to rename it to JUSTINE then you reset the EVO and try reading it , the Directory name is corrupted.

Я по английски не понимаю, о чём вы тут разговариваете.
Но у меня с фиксом(до фикса незнаю, хард только что подключил) папочки и .трд создаются и читаются.

I set real HDD (Quantum 840AT). It OK.
All budders test is OK.
It work normally with attached configuration:
